Balanço Patrimonial

O Balanço Patrimonial faz parte das obrigações da empresa, devendo ser finalizado por períodos que irão depender de seu regime de tributação e também da necessidade de cada cliente. É composto por ativo, passivo e patrimônio líquido e tem por objetivo mostrar a situação econômico-financeira da empresa na data de seu encerramento.

Demonstração do Resultado do Exercício

Medir quando a empresa chegou a determinado resultado, seja lucro ou prejuízo. Mensurar receita bruta, custo da atividade, receita líquida, despesas administrativas, despesas operacionais, lucro antes dos impostos (IRPJ e CSLL) e, por último o lucro líquido ou prejuízo.

Controle do Ativo Imobilizado

Controlar os bens que compõe o ativo permanente na contabilidade, além de controlar sua depreciação, escriturando-os adequadamente.

Fluxo de Caixa

Demonstração contábil útil para a projeção futura do comportamento do caixa da empresa, sendo possível fazer planejamentos ou alterar metas e procedimentos para melhor desenvolvimento do negócio.

SPED Contábil

O SPED Contábil ou ECD (Escrituração Contábil Digital) é um sistema público de informações da Receita Federal criado para as empresas escriturarem seus livros diretamente nos computadores daquele órgão, com a possibilidade de futuramente algumas obrigações acessórias não serem mais exigidas, assim como os livros contábeis impressos. São obrigadas à entrega do SPED Contábil empresas enquadradas no Lucro Real e no Lucro Presumido (esta última para empresas que distribuam lucros aos sócios além da parcela isenta).
