Neste ano, devem declarar aqueles que receberam rendimentos tributáveis de até R$ 28.559,70 em 2017. O planejamento antecipado evita que faltem documentos no momento de preencher a declaração ou que erros causados por desatenção ou pressa, como deixar de informar uma fonte pagadora ou incluir valores incorretos, façam o contribuinte cair na malha fina. Por isso, a dica é ficar atento e saber quais são os gastos mais comuns que precisam ser declarados no formulário.

Em suma, antes de declarar o Imposto de Renda Pessoa Física 2018 você precisa se atentar a obrigatoriedade e aos documentos necessários.

Obrigatoriedade

Está obrigado a apresentar a Declaração de Ajuste Anual o contribuinte que no ano-calendário de 2017:

Renda

  • – recebeu rendimentos tributáveis com soma anual superior a R$ 28.559,70;
  • – recebeu rendimentos isentos, não tributáveis ou tributados exclusivamente na fonte, cuja soma foi superior a R$ 40 mil.

Ganho de capital e operações em bolsa de valores

  • – obteve, em qualquer mês, ganho de capital na alienação de bens ou direitos, sujeito à incidência do imposto, ou realizou operações em bolsas de valores, de mercadorias, de futuros e afins;
  • – optou pela isenção do IR incidente sobre o dinheiro recebido na venda de imóveis residenciais, desde que o valor da venda tenha sido destinado à aquisição de imóveis residenciais no país, no prazo de 180 dias após o contrato de venda./li>

Bens e direitos

  • – teve, em 31 de dezembro de 2017, a posse ou propriedade de bens ou direitos, inclusive terra nua, de valor total superior a R$ 300 mil.

Condição de residente no Brasil

  • – tornou-se residente no Brasil em 2017 e continuava na mesma condição em 31 de dezembro de 2017.

Documentos necessários

Caso se enquadre nas situações discriminadas no item anterior, providenciar:

  • – Cópia e recibo de entrega da última declaração apresentada;
  • – Todos os comprovantes de receita: pró-labore e salário (informe de rendimentos fornecido pela empresa, fonte pagadora), aluguel (recibos de pagamento do inquilino), renda proveniente da venda de um bem (guia de recolhimento de imposto sobre ganho de capital), rendimentos de aplicações financeiras, tais como, poupança, previdência, ações e outros (informe fornecido pelas instituições financeiras);
  • – Todos os comprovantes referentes a despesas médicas, dentistas, psicólogos, fisioterapeutas, hospitais, exames laboratoriais, aparelhos ortopédicos, planos de saúde; despesas com instrução: escolas, creches, cursos de especialização, profissionalizantes; contribuições ao INSS, previdência privada, pensão alimentícia, etc., do contribuinte e de seus dependentes (esposa e filhos);
  • – Documentos referentes à variação patrimonial, isto é, compra/venda de imóveis, veículos e outros bens de valor significativo.

Alterações importantes para o ano de 2018

  • – Os dependentes, com 08 anos completos até 31 de dezembro de 2017, deverão ter CPF para serem relacionados no Imposto de Renda;
  • – Filhos sob guarda compartilhada; cada filho pode ser incluído em apenas uma das declarações de renda, ou seja, os pais terão que escolher quem incluirá o dependente na sua declaração.

Prazo

  • – Início 02 de março (entregou primeiro, recebe primeiro, se for o caso);
  • – Término, 27 de abril de 2018.

Custo / Honorários

  • – O custo é variável, depende de; avaliação documental, tipo de declaração (Simplificada ou Completa), logística, monitoramento (até o processamento final junto à Receita Federal), dentre outros.
